Merging several accounts of the same company

A company that opened several Autoria accounts under the same tax identification number can be merged into a single company. The merge is prepared and run by the Autoria team: there is nothing to do in the application.

One company, one agency per former account

One of the accounts becomes the company. Every other account becomes an agency of that company, named after it (you can rename it afterwards in Paramètres, Agences tab).

In each new agency, the company receives a copy of what you work with:

• the vehicles, with their rates, maintenance and technical inspections;
• the customer records, attached to the agency;
• the pending or confirmed reservations, recreated with their payments (see Account kept as a legal archive).

After the merge, the customer records of the company are attached to their agency: a member limited to one agency sees the customers of their agency and the shared records of the company, not those of the other agencies.

Members

Each member of a former account receives an email invitation to join the company, to accept with the Rejoindre l'espace de travail button. They keep their role, limited to the agency of their former account; the Owner of a former account becomes Administrateur (Administrator) of their agency. Someone who was already a member of the company keeps the access they had there.

The former account

Each former account becomes an Archive légale (legal archive): it stays readable from Mes sociétés (My companies), and nothing can be created or changed in it any more. Its invoices, credit notes, contracts and receipts stay in the former account with their original numbers: nothing is renumbered. The Autoria team gives you the list of the invoice series already used by each account, for your accountant.

An account that still has a rental in progress or an invoice waiting to be issued cannot be merged until they are finished.

Subscription

The company moves to the Associés (Partners) offer at the founder price, without setup fee. The current period of your subscription does not change: the founder price applies to the next Autoria invoices, for the planned duration starting from the first invoice paid at that price. The former accounts, archived, are no longer billed.
