Statement per agency

When your company has several agencies, the Relevé par agence (statement per agency) gives, for the chosen month, the figures the company's accounts need, agency by agency. These figures are read from each agency's documents: nothing is entered or computed separately.

Open the statement

Open Paramètres (settings), Déclarations (declarations) tab, Relevé par agence block. Choose the month (the previous month by default). The table shows one row per agency, closed agencies included, and a Toutes les agences (all agencies) row:

• Factures émises (invoices issued): the invoices issued in the month, with the number of credit notes issued below;
• Timbre fiscal (tax stamp): the stamp of the invoices and credit notes issued in the month, credit notes deducted;
• Chiffre d'affaires HT (revenue excluding tax) and TVA collectée (VAT collected): counted in the month the rental ended, whether the invoice is issued or not;
• Jours soumis au prélèvement (days subject to the levy): the rental days subject to the daily levy, counted like the VAT;
• Facturé, Encaissé and À émettre (invoiced, collected, to issue): the three columns of the Relevé déclaratif (declarative statement), for the agency.

Each document counts in the agency of its rental: an invoice, its credit note and its payments stay in the agency of the rental, even when the vehicle belongs to another agency.

The all agencies row

The Toutes les agences row is computed on every document of the company. It equals the sum of the agency rows, and its amounts are those of the company's Relevé déclaratif.

Export the statement

The Exporter (CSV) button downloads a file that starts with one row per agency and the Toutes les agences row, then details every amount: one line per document, payment and ended rental, with its agency. Each total of an agency is the sum of its lines in the file. Check these amounts with your accountant before your declaration.

Who sees it

The block is in the Déclarations tab, reserved to the Propriétaire, the Administrateurs, the Responsables and the Comptable. It shows when your company has at least two agencies. Like the Relevé déclaratif, it covers the whole company: it is reserved to people who have access to every agency, and a person limited to some agencies does not see it.
